Typically, PBX telephone systems present location identifcation problems for emergency services personel, as a single PBX may serve multiple floors or multiple buildings.  Oftentimes, when a 911 call is placed from within a PBX system, only the primary service address is delivered. to the PSAP.   

VIXXI-PBX addresses this problem by allowing the PSAP to see station-level detail, like floor and cubicle number, helping emergency service personnel acheive the shortest possible response time.
